Shopping Cart Security
We have taken every precaution to ensure that your online shopping experience is a safe one. As a result, we have done our best to build a shopping cart that does not rely on cookies. Our shopping cart will work even for those who have cookies disabled, unless they are working at a large company with a proxy server. In that case, your browser must have cookies enabled in order to "remember" the order throughout the check-out process.
Return Policy
We are happy to work with you to find the right product for your needs. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can warrant a return. If you receive your product and it is damaged or defective, we will refund the full amount of the product or replace it with another product if necessary. Please contact us toll free at 1-877-971-0151 or 704-543-7994 (outside US) or returns@ergostoreonline.com to request a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted with out a RMA Number. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The following guidelines must be met to ensure credit.
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the receipt of the product. Credit will be applied for the amount of the product only less restocking fee .
*We will not refund any shipping charges, and customers will be obligated to take care of any return shipping charges that may apply.
All products must be in their original packaging, resealed and returned with all parts and pieces in their original packages. All returns will be inspected to assure that the return guidelines have been properly met, and upon passing this inspection, customers will have the credit applied to the method of payment used when the original order was placed.
Furniture items including tables, conference room furniture, and executive office suites are NON-RETURNABLE
Please note that chairs are made to order and are not returnable. Please call for assistance if you have any questions regarding your personal needs for seating and chair specifications.
Acoustical printer covers are returnable less the 25% restocking fee less the freight charges , We are happy to help, and are confident that our assistance in purchasing an acoustical printer cover that is right for you will ensure that you will ultimately receive the correct size and style that is right for your particular printer model.
*If you order an acoustical printer cover online, there will be a 25% restocking fee on returns.

Order Processing & Shipping
Also, please know that we need 3-4 days to process an order for ergonomic accessories, 5-10 days to process an order for an ergonomic chairs, and 3-4 weeks for height adjustable furniture or custom orders. If you add processing time to shipping time, you will have a better idea of when your shipment will arrive.
Taxes
To meet state tax requirements, we add 7% state sales tax to orders shipped within the state of North Carolina. Orders shipped outside of North Carolina are not taxed.

ErgoStoreOnline sells quality ergonomic products from ISO-9002 certified manufacturers. Our ergonomic accessories are warrantied for 1 year from the time of manufacture.
